Teb Inc. was incorporated in the state of California in 1960. TEB was formed primarily to service industries and government agencies for the accomplishment of requirements beyond client's normal capacity. These services and capabilities consist of precision machining of complex parts and assemblies, prototype and production machining, tooling, metal fabrication, and research and development. TEB has a fully air conditioned building, covering 11,700 Square Feet and is located in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, in the Inland Empire of San Bernardino Country. Teb Inc is 40 Miles East of Los Angeles. Centrally located between both the 10 and 210 Freeways.

Control Rods and Tie Rods

These are made from thin wall tubing with rotary swage ends or machined welded ends. They may be used for struts or control linkages. They are used in many industries from sport fitness to aircraft manufacturers. These rods can be made from aluminum, stainless steel, and alloy steels. Right and left hand thread combination are ideal for Turnbuckle like applications making easy installation or adjustments.

Thrust Struts

Used in aircraft application. These are the work horse of aircraft industries. Made to customer strict manufacturing processes. Used for main engine application where high forces and high temperatures exist. Thin walled bodies with heavy ends that may be welded, swaged, or bolted. They usually have a bearing swaged on one or both ends. Struts ends may have many configurations to meet the customer needs. Material range from heat resistant inconel's to heat treated alloy steels.

Teb Inc. has been manufacturing these types of parts for over forty years. We have assisted with manufacturing, planning, and development of struts with many of our customers. We have accomplished this with helping them keep strict manufacturing processes controlled and frozen planning and at the same time being cost effective.
